Once we have received your application:

1. You will receive an ID and a password in your email, which will allow you to log in to the student portal and follow up on the progress of your application.
2. We will issue an Offer Letter within 48hrs. Please note that an Offer Letter does not secure a place in the College until your payment has been processed and a Confirmation of Enrolment is issued.

Should any information or documents be missing, we will issue a Conditional Offer Letter. You will need to provide Ransford College with any missing support documents. A full Offer Letter will be issued when all outstanding information and documents are provided.

Once you have accepted the Offer Letter and Written Agreement please make a payment. The available payment methods can be chosen from the below options:

1. Credit Card: You can pay by Visa or MasterCard at the college reception or complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form.

After you have made your payment, please scan and upload a receipt of your payment/remittance advice.

Your CoE/s will be issued and uploaded to your Document Library > PRISMS CoEs in the student portal within 48hrs from receiving your payment confirmation.

The Written agreement is a legal contract which must be accepted by the student. Students are then aware of our terms and conditions. All Colleges are required by law to keep these agreements on file (National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2007 standard 3 and 4).
